The current ownership structure took over the company, which had been operating successfully until then, in August 2022. TintaDepo Kft. has been operating since 2015, and its activities cover a wide range of activities in the "computing devices" market. Our main activities: • computers, • hardware, • wholesale of peripherals and software. Typically, we are in contact with quality manufacturers from the USA, China and Taiwan on the purchasing side, and domestic, Balkan and EU companies on the customer side. Our specialty: wholesale and distribution of industrial servers, industrial control units (and related licensed software), production management hardware and software, and industrial 3D printers and printer cartridges.
New Direction
Since 2022, due to covid, it has changed drastically Eastern supplier structure and logistics operation of routes (which was increased by the Ukrainian-Russian war and the impassability of the Red Sea). For this reason, there is a marked market demand for the production and construction of metal structures for (industrial) computing purposes. Typically, the electronic content of focus products (servers, control units, 3D printers) consists of electronic panels, the size of which can be said to be small individually (for the entire equipment compared). What is really the space requirement: the "metal housing" of the given product. Exactly for this characteristic, as they say in the profession: the air is transported, which is not expensive. A simple example: in the case of an industrial 3D printer of average capacity and size, 20 products can fit in a large sea container, professionally packed. At the same time, if only the electronic components are placed in the container, without the "metal housing", this number is 150-200 pieces, depending on the packaging. The other problem: a few years ago due to covid, and now due to the impassability of the Red Sea, the shipping time of shipments from the east became at least 3-5 months, which period causes a serious deterioration in the market position. At the same time, the delivery of small electronic components can also be done by plane, which takes a maximum of one week (and although it is a more expensive method of delivery, the savings are still significant due to the small size and speed).
